Honestly it's a great working environment. Good colleagues and manager. But the management is very bad. When you point out their fault, you will be given a show cause letter. Never apologise. Wfm is so unprofessional. Changes your offday … More
They really need to work out on their management issue as they are loosing a lot of agents either short & long term seniors due to that reason. The work scope is fine & actually is super easy and fun to do, but most just cannot cope due to management. Aside from that, everything ok i guess.
