The service is good. Amjadullah the meter reader officer is quite decent and cooperative. Very sincere. But I have a query regarding admin charges which seems unjustified. I am paying almost additional 50% above my gas bill which essentially is not a huge amount but feels unjustified against the bill amount.
Amazing service's provided by Mr Muhammad Zaman. His great communication skills have been really satisfying for us. Overall very happy with their services.
We had a problem with the gas leakage and then someone came to check and said they will call back again to arrange to fix it.. its a hassle to wait from saturday till monday no one called and when i called the hotline no ine is answering … More
