I visited this building to check for 1BHK apartment for rent. Building was nice n clean. Apartments were spacious, bad part was you will not find built in cupboards there. Bedroom was little tiny whereas hall was quite spacious. Washroom was also small, no parking there. Lift also takes time but overall i found it reasonable, and it is suitable mostly for bachelors.

A nice place to live, with a big kids playing area, separate gym for ladies and men , nice swimming pool which favours kids to enjoy swimming, the building has good welcoming security guards with good communication skills and well mannered behaviours.
