Great place. Lots of nice amenities. Totally free. There are paid coaches there that you can hire. No bathroom. No water cooler.

Free public park around marina area. There is a work out space with out door equipments. Not busy place at all.

The gym is accessible with an amazing space with equipment for body conditioning and fitness and strength development. The strategic location in front of skydive and with the ocean view makes it a great place to workout.
