Sent my Tefal newly bought steam iron for checking. The iron has a strong plastic burning smell while ironing, worry about safety issue, sent to Cam Care Service Centre. The front counter was attend to me very quick, but felt that she did not take my concern seriously. She said she will send it for checking and it will take around 2 weeks. But I think if there is a serious issue, it should be taken more seriously and fixed as soon as possible.
Sent my Tefal rice cooker and they said it would take around 2 weeks to fix. But surprisingly, after just one week, my rice cooker was ready to collect. Good and efficient service!
Have been trying to call up your service centre in sg besi since last week to follow up on my case. Dial this number 90545100/90541393 (number was stated in my receipt when I submitted the product for warranty claim), the whole day, no answer. I wonder if the number is wrong or the service centre is closed down. Frustrating experience!
