Tried to call the call centre, pressed 2 for English and then complete silence. Could not get through at all.
WORST service, 2 weeks before waiting for their service. Costumer service always said they will update but no update. Dont trust this company and the staffs
Customer Service is very poor. We have been chasing for technician to come for a week and no one bother to confirm the day or reply anything meaningful. Our service request was sent as urgent and yet it was considered. Heads up to all who is looking to get a contract from this guys
