Well, I've read some of the reviews. Certain people not happy. But whatever they may hold 'against' the Car Spa, they did a great job on my Maserati GTS, all minor surface scratchs gone, it shines like a mirror and I'm certainly happy with what they did, including the wheel rims & coating and the mild window tinting.
