They called me to reserve my watch after fixing the battery but when I arrived at the store, they refused to give it to me because I forgot the bill at home. I think they should be able to check by phone number. Their service was bad and I no longer want the watch.

Your staff lacks training. I asked an assistant for help because I wanted to buy a gift for my wife, but instead of helping me, he just said to wait and continued what he was doing. If this is how your salespeople behave, your sales will drop. Sorry to say.
