If i could give them a negative star, I would. They have the worst customer service agents - Especially from the Julphar branch - Shirajudeen and Bilal. They are rude, unprofessional and don't know what documents are required for any transactions.
Worse customer service. Had a token and wait 45 minutes and the staffs sit in one room and talk each other. The cleaning boy approach the staffs and tell them some one is waiting for long time and still they doesn't care. Last time to go there and doesn't recommend anyone
If there is any option for negetive star i will give -100 stars. Poor service , poor banking. Most of the time atm and branch having problem.
