The worse awful airline. Very poor service, 5J019 June 1 05:30pm then move 9:15 pm then until now no confirmation. delay for 6 hrs nobody informing to us. So embarrassing service we had. Only CEBU PACIFIC! if your flight is delay just let us your passenger knows as soon as possible not like this. We’re waiting for nothing.
