I am a forever customer of Charles & Keith, but this time here at the Outlet Mall my experience is very bad. I never expected this type of service from any Charles & Keith employee. ☹️

I used to be very fond of their shoes. But now they don't have any sort of after-sales services. Though I'm willing to pay for the repairs, they don't have the most basic repair facility in UAE. After I learned this, I contacted their customer service in Dubai but they were not able to provide any solution. Disappointing.

I ordered a size 35 block heel shoes from the Deira City Center branch, as they didn’t have the right size at the shop. They insisted on me booking it and assured me that I will get a call in 2-3 days and to collect the item from my nearest store. However, it's been a week and I haven't received any update or call. Very poor service.
