I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided. The staff lacks the necessary knowledge to properly guide us through the process. Instead of being helpful, they displayed frustration and attempted to coerce us into something we didn't want.

Very bad service. I bought a car seat for my daughter a few years back and they told me that the seat is breathable, which is not true at all. My child's back always sweats too much. I've never seen anything like it. It's a child seat and this is not acceptable.
