Worst chicken and worst dealing with customers at their branch in the Mall of the Emirates. When walking beside them, they told us they have offers, so my kids decided to try it. When we said we would take the offers, the ladies at the cash were very rude and unprofessional. They did not explain the offers properly and seemed annoyed when we asked for clarification. It was a disappointing experience overall.
Food is average. Their customer service needs to be improved. I feel like they are in a very hurry to sell everything and go back to their room. They don't take the time to interact with the customers or make them feel valued. It's a shame because the food could be better if they had better customer service.
The food is good, but the customer service is very bad. I was in the Mall of the Emirates in the evening around 7 pm. At first, they were very nice to me when I was ordering. I ordered food and told them it was for dine-in. However, they took a long time to prepare my order and didn't give me any updates. When I asked how much longer it would take, they seemed annoyed and didn't provide a clear answer. The overall experience was frustrating and I would not recommend their customer service.
