Avoid this bank, horrible customer service. For the last 6 months I'm trying to solve an issue with them with no result... tens of emails, calls, and complaints all in vain. Citi in UAE doesn't seem to have any management.
Citi bank makes you pay for the fraud amount and does not update you on the process of the investigation. They do not allow you to cancel the card either.
I had fraudulent transactions and can't get thru the call center. I have raised complaint online for the past 4 days since 23Feb 2022 and no reply on my online complaints. Citibank has not called me so far.
