I wish i could give them a 0 rating. Their customer service centre are pathetic and useless and are unable to resolve queries raised 11 days back. In this fast age the bank is crawling. They just can't figure things out.

Citibank's customer service is extremely poor and you would be lucky if you get a response that indicates that your complaint was read. Overall it seems citi doesn't value ordinary customers and is too careless about how they feel. That being said, a 1 star is a generous rating.
