I took my dad who is 83 years old for ear check and hearing aid fitting. My dad is not an easy person to deal with but he came out all smile, thumbs up and satisfied. Firstly Clarisound was very kind to accommodate my request for a convenient appointment time. Secondly, the audiologist was extremely gentle, skilful and patient. My dad understood the explanations and did as instructed because his hearing was tested and explained to him in simple terms and sincere manner; without being pushy and sales oriented. Thirdly, he allowed us to try out several devices and batteries. I was pretty clueless about these things and the gentleman took the time and effort to explain to us every function, asked about dad's lifestyle and preferences. He then advised on the benefits . The fitting was a breeze because he was more concerned in dad having the comfort. Even though I am in Thailand, he continued to respond to my email messages promptly and send dad batteries. I am a satisfied customer! Thumbs up and amazing from service from Clarisound. You guys deserve the 5 star rating!

Having tried several types of hearing aids over a 13 year period in both Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur, I can honestly state that Clarisound are by far the best. I found them 5 years ago, and their service is excellent, including exemplary audiologists who take the time and effort to show empathy and understanding in providing the best possible solution and hearing aids for each client. In addition, i was involved in an accident, 2 years ago that resulted in loss of both my hearing aids so broke at that time, and they gave me a new one free of charge while waiting for my insurance claim. During the time where I had no hearing for a week or two while waiting for my new aids to be delivered, the gentleman at Clarisound lent me a set of hearing aids of his own until my new units arrived as the loan aids from the hospital were almost useless. This shows the kind of caring and understanding they have for their clients.
I have been wearing Clarisound hearing aids for the past 6 years and am on my second pair. I have found them to be extremely reliable and I found the audio specialist so patient when I first started to wear hearing aids. Several friends have asked me where I purchased my hearing aids and am alway happy to recommend Clarisound. Always excellent service and support.
Highly recommended. Six months ago I went with a friend who bought a hearing aid at Clarisound. Now I only ask him to repeat everything once. The only negative is that I did not turn to the company earlier. And very nice people working there.
I was referred to the hearing aid clinic by a cousin who has been a user for 6 years. I am delighted with the service and support I have had. Being in education and dealing with audiences regularly the ability to hear properly is critical to me. I was first drawn to Dr Mohd Khairi's website, which is informative and a great source of assistance. It helped give me the confidence to contact the clinic. I am now the proud owner of a pair of Phonak Marvel! Aid devices. My ability to hear has improved greatly, I am much less conscious and worried. I should have done something about this years ago. I bought my Widex hearing aids from Clarisound in Ampang 3 years ago. I have found the service and attention I have received during this period to be very satisfactory. The audiologists who have looked after me have been extremely helpful, patient and very thorough in their work. I can highly recommend Clarisound.
My first experience with Clarisound was rather bad. The hearing aid I had was apparently old one. It broke all the time. Often I had to go there because it was not working. But since I have Ethen assistant and new hearing aids which I don't know the name of the model but it is black and wire less, I am very pleased. Ethen has been very helpful and I am very happy I came to Clarisound. I will continue with his service till I have teeth!

The friendly service started when I walked through the door, everyone was so welcoming and Dr Mohd Khairi Abbas was incredibly patient with me throughout all the different hearing aid trials. He did whatever it took to find the perfect arrangements for my specific hearing loss. My life has changed since wearing hearing aids and I would not recommend anyone else. The audiologists here are caring, knowledgeable and genuine. I was referred to the clinic by a friend who has been their client for years. I found the hearing assessment to be very thorough and the results very accurate. I have been using the hearing aids about 6 months and very happy with them.
