Absolutely horrible experience! Doctor Nayla saw us once and charged 700 aed, promised to follow up and schedule another appointment which she never did. I called them twice, spoke to her assistant and she said that she would speak to the doctor to schedule the follow-up. But nobody called me back. This is really unprofessional and unacceptable.

Just got hung up your receptionist Mariam who says she's new. She has not even bothered to call back. This is unacceptable. We were calling for an interview!
