Wish I could give them zero stars. I made a booking, they couldn't find it, they couldn't confirm it, yet still charged me for it!! 5 months later I'm still waiting for a refund for a service I never received!
I have to agree with many of the other reviews here. Really poor service from Sixt Abu Dhabi. Firstly they didn’t have the car I reserved so they offered me a lower class car as an ‘upgrade’ with no refund. Then they offered to deliver the ... More
Car renting experience is good, the cars are in a perfect condition and the staff are professionals. However, it took them almost 40 days to deposit the refund amount into my account. I hope this gets better in future.
