Very bad receptionist her name "Joanna ", i'm a frequent customer, every time i came to the salon, I book an appointment two weeks in advance even with that every time I face the same problem with the same employee , she has no respect for the client or time and she is so rude , but the other staff they are so friendly.

The place has nice atmosphere, the nails technicians are so good. I did IBX treatment to strengthen the nails and nails shaping with polish. I will definitely will come back, also they do Fazaa discount during week days only.
