Useless service. Total waste of time. Staff don't want to help, providing false information just to skip work, and transfer you to address your concern to there APP. Useless
They don’t have Toilet for Customers use, and they don’t allow them to use the staff’s Toilet also …
I was impressed when we arrived. I start with the parking which was great as it is spacious and well-organized. The bank's exterior was clean and well-maintained. Inside, the bank was spacious and had a modern and professional look. The staff was friendly and helpful. They assisted my family member with his banking needs efficiently. Overall, a positive experience at the Commercial Bank of Dubai Fujairah Branch.

They don’t have Toilet for Customers use, and they don’t allow them to use the staff’s Toilet either. This is very inconvenient especially for elderly or pregnant customers. I hope they improve their facilities for better customer experience.
