Waiting here is for ages. Time is money guys. One staff is attending customer service and waiting area is full. Very bank that brand itself as award winning.
Avoid if you value your time. One person only for customer service. When I visited, there were 7 people in que and for 10 minutes, not even the first one left. So maybe 1 hour wait!!! Ridiculous.
