They told me they do not hamdle visas at the consulate. They asked me if I was an emirates resident. I tolf them no, and they still sent me to BLS services, where they told me that they do not help non Emirates residents. Basically this office refuses to do their job so they get 0 stars for anything.

I went on Wednesday morning. It was not busy. The consulate official gave her time and she showed great keenness in hearing me, was polite and prompt during conversation. Not naming her since they are government officials. Great experience. … More
