Outstanding Service and Exceptional Staff. I must express my utmost satisfaction with the consulate's remarkable service.
I experienced really bad service from Italy consulate. I applied for a transit visa on May 26th and they kept my passport for one and a half months in the consulate. I tried my best to contact them but they didn't give me any reply. Finally, my passport was returned to me without any explanation or apology.
Help me solve my problem please! I had a nice experience during applying, I used the VIP lounge and everyone was nice and helpful. BUT I was told I would be able to get my passport back in time, in more than 2 weeks, but my plane is leaving tomorrow.
