I have been waiting for a month and 15 days and until now there’s no update my flight is after 2 days. Thanks Japan consulate for your very pooooor and slow service. Also not to mention the lady on the reception is very rude.

Definitely a poor representation of Japan. I have applied for the E-Visa for tourism, we qualify for the electronic Visa with no need for appointments. I have submitted all documents on the portal, however, 1 week later, 4 applications were not processed and no feedback was provided.
