Only if I could give these guys a thumbs down instead of 1 star. Had the worst experience of my life dealing with their office staff named Sohail and Amal. They couldn’t deliver a simple English to Arabic translation that would meet the expectations. Their lack of professionalism and poor communication skills made the whole process frustrating. Definitely not recommended.
It was the first experience I ever face in my whole life. The Management there is Authoritative, disrespectful, Mean to their employees and Mistreat them and take advantage of their ignorance of law.
One of the best places in Heliopolis.. Very relaxing and cozy atmosphere.
