The working hours on Friday are until 12 noon, but when I arrived at 11:30, the office was closed. Other people also came at the same time and couldn't enter. The call center is useless and completely automated, there is no way to speak to a person.
This is honestly the most pointless 'customer service' number I have ever called. It's an automated service, and no matter which option you choose, it tells you to either use the official app or the website. If you want to get through to talk to someone, don't bother.
I went to the center and it was almost empty. If you know someone, you can get the work done faster.
