All of the employees were amazing, except for one of the main managers. I think she is the night manager to be exact, she’s A African American women that had on a water wave wig and she’s is extremely disrespectful, very loud and very rude
CVS (and grocery stores & other pharmacy chains) need to re-teach /train their clerks on how to start BAGGING again. We customers go through the trouble of bringing our reusable bags, to help save the planet, but this appears to give clerks
Ruby, at the register, is one of the best customer service people I've experienced at any retailer, including CVS at 300 Park Avenue South and I hope the company will acknowledge her outstanding contribution to store #02962
