Worse business practices and ethics. The company took my money for my family medical insurance and few hours later cancelled my policy. It’s been two months I am trying to recover my funds but they don’t answer emails.

Horrible insurance, you sign for a network and they change it without notifying you. They always have technical issues to approve, ending up waiting in hospitals for hours for approvals. Their customer service never answers nor on calls.
