I would like to help others by telling them my worst experience with danube. I purchased the sofa online but I have checked it in the show room before. I liked it so much and I made the order when I received it after three months one of the cushions was torn. I contacted customer service and they were very unhelpful and refused to replace it. I will never buy from Danube Home again.
The shop is wonderful, not only because of the choice of goods but because of the very caring and helpful staff. I was serviced with great attention and got things I wanted with a huge discount. I am very happy with the experience of shopping at Danube Home.
