We moved in few months back. Staff at reception are always helpful. The traffic has reduced to zero after a road is opened which leads to Sheik Zayed Road. There is Choithrams supermarket, currency exchange, florist and tailor on the ground floor. Overall it's a great place to live.

Great staff at reception. Always willing to help out or assist with any issues and will do promptly. The location is great but there is sometimes traffic.

They are locking the washroom of Dec tower always nowdays even though we have branch in same building, we cannot even use that neither the choithrams one, pathetic service of building maintenance in marina area.
