First time visiting this veterinary clinic, and honestly, I had a good experience. Although they are located pretty much in Al Qusais industrial and the fact that I did not meet the vets themselves, I had a good experience. The assistants were friendly and helpful. The clinic was clean and well-maintained. The prices were reasonable as well. Overall, a positive experience.
Dr. AHMED is most wonderful god gifted person I have ever met in this field, extremely calm, patient and of course knowledgeable in detail on animal behaviour, a true animal lover himself. He will not make you go through anything unnecessary or expensive, knowlegeable and caring veterinary. Would highly recommend this clinic.
I took my little kitten for a check up due to a lack of eating, I was told nothing is wrong with him only bloated and they injected olive oil into his tummy and gave him anti-biotics and sent home, literally a day later the kitten got worse and I took him to another vet who diagnosed him properly and actually saved his life. I wouldn't recommend this clinic as they misdiagnosed my kitten and their treatment made his condition worse.
