When remitting to Phils., their exchange rate is competitive/higher compared to the neighboring remittance centers plus remittance charge is lower. It is a very small place in a village. It is not conspicuous, and u might even have a problem locating it as I did even though I was already standing in front of the building in which it is located. However, the service is good.
