Shockingly poor back office. I’m not sure what they are all doing… I’ve called DEWA 12 times to get my account created. It is supposed to take them 10 days from receipt of the required docs. I sent them 21 days and still no joy…!!!

Never Pick up the phone. Waiting since 2 days for simple re connection. Every time i call they say with in few hours connection will be done. But still not done yet. DEWA is really slow. Not at all happy with the service.

It was really pleasure talking with Mr. Islam he was very helpful to me for activating dewa in my villa i was facing issue thank to Islam very much should promote him????
