I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service provided by Dewa. Despite waiting for my deposit for an extended period of time, I have received no updates and have been constantly told that someone will get back to me. This is unacceptable and I expect better from a government office.
The worst of the worst! I really thought Dubai has and will always have the best service, apparently, DEWA changed my entire perception. Let everybody know that I am a very very good and responsible payer and consumer, when the day they haven't worked and my entire house flooded with the electric problem, no one is there to answer my call. I am constantly speaking to a machine and no one has come to fix the problem. Never again will I trust DEWA.
The worst of the worst!!!! I wish I can put minus!!!! Not getting back the deposit over 2 weeks after request submission in Ibn Battuta. What a shame! All the government corporate departments in Dubai are of a very bad level!! Cannot find a single positive experience dealing with them since six years even while visiting with any of the departments!!! Cannot get a service with a minus in a scale of one to five? There is no minus zero on the hotel not even 5 stars! Shame!
