So disappointing service received from customer agent arefaat. So frustrating. Wasn’t accommodating at all. But DHL courier itself was absolutely reliable courier I ever had.
Very expensive to use the service. Home pickup service was also very slow and not prompt. They delivered the parcel on 3rd day against the 2nd day as claimed.
