I will never rent a car here again. I had an accident and I didn’t get any help though ut’s not my fault. I even paid for towing fee because they don’t have towing service. They even took the originila invoce for the towing but nevef returned my money. They will stress you for calling. People are totally unhelpful and useless.
Very poor experience. Keep an eye on the invoice. Finance department tries to add incorrect charges from time to time. Adds additional charges on Salik to expand their margins. Vehicles are poorly maintained. Customer service is pathetic at the DIP branch. Overall Diamond lease is a dishonest and devious operator.
Horrible, avoid if you can! they are charging me for a damage that I didn't do, from the review looks like it's a common practice and this is how they overcharge. Note that I didn't pick them but they were assigned by my car insurance for a car hire.
