Worst agency to buy a ticket from. They cancelled my booking by giving me two hours to respond to an email. The worst comes later when they say they will return my money in 30 working days and today its been more than 40 working days

I have been here for booking a ticket for special flight arranged by consulate. That was my worst day of life. Very long queue in hot weather, the processing was very slow and in this technology world we were supposed to stand in person.
