Before I paid. Things were nearly sufficient to get a booking done. Now that I paid, not even a response to my email, I called the "call centre" or maybe " don't call centre", according to their instructions and was kept on hold for 50 minutes, then I got bored and hanged up. I had to go them again to get a copy of an email :)
Excellent experience, Abdul was very helpful and kind, booked hotel and tickets and it was just so easy and smooth. Highly recommend
There are no staff…on a Saturday at 1:30pm Only 1 agent busy with 2 customers who are not wearing masks for the past 70mins … More
