Very helpful and friendly staff bought RAM night addition and satisfied with costumer service. The manager is very keen to help
What a terrible experience. They didn’t have the car to test drive at the appointed date, next they said to call back when the car is available. That was last Saturday. So in short a test drive car isn’t available at a showroom for customers to experience. Never going back again. Terrible experience!

I had a great experience at the Dodge Dubai Festival City Showroom. The staff, especially Mr. Gurmeet, were very helpful and friendly. I purchased a RAM night edition and I am satisfied with the customer service. The manager was also very keen to help. Highly recommend!
What a terrible experience. They didn’t have the car to test drive at the appointed date, and when I followed up, they told me to call back when the car is available. It's been a week and I still haven't heard anything. Very disappointed. Will not be going back.
