Took my car in for a service, which they managed to scratch the front of the car. The service advisor accepted the damage was caused by them and would be in touch with a solution. 3 months later and multiple calls and complaints made they have still not done anything about it and the service advisor ignores my calls or messages.

But it was not so in my experience. At this center it cost me around AED 1500 for an annual service. Other centers charge much more. The service itself was excellent. Good and attentive staff. The car came back in clean & good condition.
