The staff at the counter, Mr. Mohab, was very helpful. However, the location kiosk experience was not pleasant due to the lack of proper cooling. I would suggest changing the location inside the mall.
Renting a car at this branch was without major problems. I was a little worried because the car rental ratings in Dubai are generally very low. I chose Hertz because it allows you to travel to Oman and does not require a credit card. Overall, I had a good experience.
The worst car rental company ever. Low prices, but also cheap services. I had to wait almost an hour for someone to come to the counter at pick-up as well as drop-off. The opening times are not taken seriously.
