As soon as I walked into the store, I was ignored. The cashier and the staff treated me like I was his enemy. He didn't know what he was doing and kept on asking for codes while I was literally just browsing for a PC.
During my last visit the day before, I did not like the deal, and if their technical work was perfect, they replaced pieces in my device with my permission and forced me to pay without my consent to do so, and this is something embarrassing and unprofessional.
Extremely nice and would go to great lengths to achieve exactly what you ask for :)
