Worst company , pathetic operational staff. Mr. Firoz worst ever manager i have seen in my entire life. Placed a booking on 11th of August, collected by courier on 16th of August and requested them for DHL Tracking but no response.
DO NOT use their services. The whole thing is a scam. They pick up your package and then tell you that you have to pay customs to clear the items from the destination country and the amounts are ridiculously high. You're better off using a government service.
Big courier service network for India, website booking does not work. On call very difficult to get through the land line. Once through their prices are stack rates which are provided by other courier services too in their network who?
