Scammers today i arrived to abu Dhabi airport and i asked for the 10 gb package for 139 aed. When i reached my hotel i found out that they only activated 6 gb for 99 aed. Now i don't have any use for the 40 aed remaining and i'm calling the du customer service to complain but i'm getting no response. This is really frustrating and unprofessional.
Worst du location ever. There is a guy, I wish you never have customers in front because he needs 30-45mins to help only one person.
I chose to switch my internet to Du, the AED 299 package to save some money. Worst decision ever! The connection is slow, keeps dropping and we have to keep calling customer service to reset the router at least once a week.
