Du is a reputable and huge company with a lot of customers and huge amount of revenue. There are two branches for Du located in Mushrif Mall for customer service. Etisalat is there also just near Du location.
Wanted to take postpaid connection and tried using their website to shift to postpaid from prepaid. But it didn't work. Booked appointment and went here and have been waiting 1 hour. No use. Token/ booking is a joke and no commitment from.
Excellent services provided by sameer agents who is honest responsible. Definitely promoted as the future of du.
