Came two times and they were not giving tickets because it was crowded. Some of the workers seats were vacant. I mean increase the manpower if you can’t handle this much of customers. Useless branch. Completely unsatisfied.
I wish I could give 0 stars visit any outlet.... Always worst service.... Slow more than a tortoise.... Sitting here for the last one hour just to get a sim card... Some counters are empty some are dealing the same customer for the last half an hour......... Wastage of time and energy and mental stability as well....
I want to update my Emirates ID so I visited du store Al Ghurair Centre 2 times they say always come tomorrow. When I was taken my new sim at that time also staff behaving including security very rude. I have never seen anything like these..... More
