Had one of the worst experiences in this du branch. After finished my wait in the que & requested for a post contract termination - suddenly their IT system crashed upon finalizing the request!
Zero Customer Service WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! And WORST BRANCH!
Pathetic service,there is only one person in the counter and pretty much 5 - 6 people waiting and each of them taking minimum 20 minutes to complete. Oen is the agents is walking around without any botheration to attend any customer.
The staff is helpful and the atmosphere is pleasant.
