I changed from 4g to 5g and paid more money and promised to return back what I paid extra but unfortunately no one is taking this serious and I was surprised that I receive the bill with full amount and not a credit to my account, there is no response from customer service.
THE WORST customer service EVER! I don't recommend anyone to deal with them! They do not troubleshoot anything and when I request to speak to the manager they hang up the call. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.
