Waiting for 27+ minutes to talk to the customer service agent to downgrade my subscription but the only thing I hear is “All are agents are assisting other customers blah blah. Tried the DU application and there my Queue position is 17.
Worst telecommunications company ever. U can never reach them NEVERRRR, they never action ur requests. I made a request for cancellation of my service and they called me to sell me an upgraded product, than it took them 5 days to call me.
Terrible customer service, every department within du blames the other. Only when a TDRA complaint is raised - they give more attention. However, still no solution. In addition, they have delivered a router without a decoder and advised.
