Hardly any clients but machine says tokens full. never seen it like this how so many numbers are given. When I made a fuss at their counters they asked me to wait and within few minutes they say machine will give out tokens and it did.
I waited for more than 1 hour in the queue to port my number from Etisalat to Du as I was getting an Error while I tried to do it online and when I reach the counter they tell me that they can't help.
Have been waiting since 45 mins and the token hasn't been called. 7 counters and only 3 filled since an hour. This is not what a working day should look like. No one to approach. When asked to one of the counters they say just wait until.
